Reservations

What is your cancellation policy?

All reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's room and tax upon cancellation.

What is your incidental hold policy?

Upon check-in, we will place a hold on your card in the amount of room and tax plus $100, in case of any incidental charges. If a debit card is used, the authorization will appear as an actual charge and the remaining funds will be refunded at check out. The refund can take up to 7 business days to process.

What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 4 PM daily.

What time is check-out?

Visit us at the Front Desk or leave your keys in the room by 11 AM.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-outs may be requested, but not guaranteed. Late check-out is based on availability and extra fees may apply. Please contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out.

Do you have on-site parking?

Effective January 1, 2024, a daily self-parking fee of $15 USD, plus taxes per day, per vehicle, covers the cost of parking your vehicle on the resort property. This includes secure, covered, and well-maintained parking facilities with 24/7 surveillance. We also offer pay-for electric vehicle charging stations.

Is Pismo Lighthouse Suites dog-friendly?

Yes, we are proud to be a dog-friendly hotel! There is a small fee of $50 per day ($150 maximum, two dogs included in $50/day fee) for our dog-friendly rooms. Click here for more information on our pet policy.

Do you provide free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we do! For all your business or social media needs, our high-speed Fiber Internet connectivity is complimentary.

Is room service available?

No, but the Front Desk can provide recommendations for nearby restaurants in Pismo Beach.

Does the hotel have onsite breakfast?

Yes, please join us for daily continental breakfast in The Galley from 7 AM to 10 AM.

Is there an elevator at the hotel?

How do I access the pool & hot tub?

Located in front of the Galley, the pool and hot tub are open 8 AM - 10 PM daily and can be accessed using your room key.

Do you allow smoking on property, or in the rooms?

No, no smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere at the hotel. A minimum cleaning fee of $500 may be charged for any damage related to smoking. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

It's all fun & games on the Play Deck, equipped with a pirate ship play structure, mini-golf, badminton, ping pong, life-size chess and checkers, ladder ball, cornhole, hopscotch, Connect 4, and more!

How do I get to the hotel?

Pismo Lighthouse Suites is located at 2411 Price Street in Pismo Beach, CA. Traveling Northbound on Highway 101, take Exit 191B at Mattie Road and follow Price Street. Traveling Southbound on Highway 101, take Exit 191B for Price Steet/Shell Beach Road, turn left, and the hotel will be immediately on your right.

Pismo Lighthouse Suites is approximately 10 miles from San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport with daily flights operated by Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, and United.
